I got an error when placing my order. Encountering an issue in the process? Here’s a step-by-step guide to rescue you:
- Verify the accuracy of your “Payment Information” (name, address, zip code).
- Ensure your credit card details are accurate (number, expiration date, and card verification number). If problems persist, contact your bank for assistance and confirm no holds on your account.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
If we have an incorrect email on file, kindly notify us without delay. Be sure to include the shipping information name in your email: orders@effortlessbranding.com.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, individual orders are required for each destination.
When will my order ship out?
Your order will typically ship within 3-5 business days commencing production. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.

Promotion
How do I add a discount or promotion code?
Before finalizing your order, apply your discount or promo code. Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot retroactively apply discounts
Can I combine promo codes with free shipping?
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
Do you have gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer Gift Cards, but stay tuned for future updates.
